I am proud to introduce TriniPosseUK's 2009 Presentation for Notting Hill Carnival - Roman Visitors. The concept, although not a purely Caribbean one goes well beyond the name. The colours represent the blue Caribbean seas which surround the beautiful Caribbean islands. The silver of the costumes glitters in the sun, creating a similar effect to the shimmering of the sun on the Caribbean's clear blue waters. The Gem stones on our costumes show the richness and vibrancy which everyone that visits our islands experiences. These visitors take back memories of our islands which they cherish for life.
TriniPosseUK's costumes are part of the Caribbean people's ongoing exploration of the global village we call earth, and you will find Caribbean people roaming the cities of several countries bringing the happy, vibrant nature to each country touching the hearts of all. Our contribution to Notting Hill Carnival this year is part of sharing that joy.
We have people of every sex, race and religion visiting our Caribbean isles. The Gems of the Caribbean have now been discovered by millions and our secret is now made public. These Visitors capture a flavour unique to the Caribbean when they arrive and today we at TriniPosseUK would like to welcome the world as we bring the Roaming Caribbean People to the ever increasing number of Visitors to our 2009 Notting Hill Carnival Presentation Roman Visitors.
Inspired by the spirit of the Caribbean, TriniPosseUK was formed to bring the unique blend of Sun, Sand, Sea and the festive spirit to the UK. The highlights of all our events and promotions all have one thing in common... bringing people together whilst having fun..
Together in doing this we also are committed to helping those in need and bringing awareness to those less fortunate. We have teamed up with the NSPCC to achieve this and some events are geared towards donating directly to the NSPCC.
The Christmas Season has come to an end and the full swing of the winter season is here, we continue our Caribbean Christmas Cheer but as one festival (Christmas) comes to an end, we now bring to you the Caribbean Winter North Star Wish to help us through this cold dark period....bringing 1 Million Londoners together and by achieving this give £200,000 to our friends at the NSPCC.
As the new year begins, join us in the Trini spirit as we prepare for a fun filled 2009. This summer we have a number of events planned to give London a taste of Trinidad ranging from family fun days, company's sports events to team building events. As summer 2009 climaxes look out for us at the Notting Hill Carnival as we bring the greatest show on earth to the UK... TriniStyle. Our presentation is called Roman Visitors. More details as well as costume designs will be published soon.
